Organizational Nature
London Tourism is the official organization for marketing London and the surrounding.
Meridian was contracted to supply the organization with the call centre application, content management system, customer relationship management tools and broadcast systems.
Due to its proximity to Stratford, Meridian will export the Tessitura Interface from the deployment in Stratford into the London CRS so that Festival Tickets may be also purchased by visitors staying in London.

Project Scale
Currently there are approximately 30 properties participating in the direct inventory program.
Project Timeline
Meridian completed the operational launch of this project in approximately 60 days between the delivery of graphical skins by their agency and the launch date.
